After you have given birth, everything revolves around your baby.
But who is mothering the mother?
After you’ve fed, washed, cuddled, and held your little one, is there any time or energy left to care for yourself?
Postpartum care by an experienced doula
I bring a listening ear, positive energy, and helping hands right to your doorstep.
Visits to care for you and your growing family in the tender days after birth.
Tailored to your unique needs, this support may include:

a listening ear to revisit your birth story and talk about the emotions of postpartum

breastfeeding guidance

newborn care (changing, putting to sleep, bathing, taking baby for a walk)

initiation to baby wearing with a scarf carrier

light household help, organising and sorting things (e.g nursery, laundry, vacuuming...)

cooking nourishing meals, specifically balanced for postpartum and lactationcalm reassuring and supportive presence from a trained professional who understands the intensity of postpartum

Night support so that you can rest
Feel heard, rested and focused on yourself.
50€ per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
Service usually available between 9am and 2.30pm on weekdays across Berlin and Nord Brandenburg.
I also offer night doula services, for you to have a full night of sleep. Contact me to discuss your needs.

This is a private service not refunded by health insurance.
A travel fee of 10-20€ may be charged for commute time based on your locations, but this will always be discussed upfront.
