Birth is sometimes reduced to a simple medical act or an ordinary event.
I see it however as a deeply transformative passage, filled with emotions, fertile vulnerabilities, and power.
While birth may be unpredictable, you can feel empowered and in control, by being well-informed and understanding your options.
As a doula, I walk beside you (and your partner), offering emotional, physical, practical and informational support every step of the way.
I will be your compass as you navigate giving birth in Germany. As an experienced doula, I offer a unique blend of intuitive care and evidence-based guidance. I combine heartfelt presence with solid, up-to-date research data, supporting you in making the choices that are right for you.
I am here to support you regardless of your project (hospital, home, medicated or not etc.) through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
A doula is not a midwife but offers precious tailored support alongside medical care — My services are private and independent.
I cover Berlin*, Bernau, Oranienburg & Eberswalde.
*Pankow, Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Reinickendorf, Lichtenberg, Marzahn, : I primarily serve these locations, but I am open to discussing projects in surrounding areas.

WHY HIRE A TRAINED DOULA?
A doula is a trained professional that provides emotional, physical, and educational support to a person/family who is expecting, experiencing labor, or has recently given birth.
A doula is not a medical professional. Having a midwife and a doula is a perfect combination for a positive birth experience.
Numerous studies have documented the benefits of having a doula present during labor. They proved how having a doula decreases: the overall cesarean rate by 50%, length of labor by 25%, and requests for an epidural by 60%...
As a trained full-spectrum doula, I deeply respect midwives, obstetricians, and everyone present in the birth room. My aim is always to work collaboratively, bringing our different presences and knowledge together to create the best possible experience for you as a birthing person.

ABOUT ME
Being a doula is more than a "job"for me.
As a mother of two children, I was blessed with positive and empowering birth and breastfeeding experiences that have deeply shaped me. I want to support others to give birth in their own power.
Originally from France, I am in Berlin since 2020; together with my partner, we form a multicultural family.

Empathetic and passionate, I am deeply respecting others in their personal choices. I warmly welcome and respect people of all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. I am sensitive to, and trained in, addressing racism and discrimination within the birth space.
Trained in both France and Germany, I have benefited from the teachings of Michel Odent, Lilliana Lammers, Camalo Gaskin (Center for Doula Pathways), Tao Health Akademie, the Doula des Lunes school (France), Molly O'Brien (UK).
